Axel Maier’s passion: his wine cellar! As a sommelier, he always knows just the right wine to pair with Bernd Maier’s dishes.
Monday, Tuesday & Thursday–Sunday: 5:30 PM–10:00 PM
Wednesday: Day off
Hot meals served until 9:00 PM.
Our wonderful location in the Dreisam Valley gives us more sunny days than average each year. And on those days, it’s especially enjoyable to wind down the evening in our Adler Garden.
