In the traditional wine cellar of the hotel dating back to 1764 with its high vaulted ceilings if is possible for guests to enjoy a wine-tasting and sample Axel Maier’s selection of Baden wines as well as wines from the old and new world.

To round off the evening Axel Maier likes to recommend to his guests a very special drop from the Black Forest. The Black Forest “Zibärtle” it certainly is not a wine but it is certainly a must for the guests!
